Context: The 18 people who set off on Saturday 17 May 2014 from 16:00 for the city walk were dressed in black, as the route through the pedestrianized city centre of Biel was not permitted by the police. Some undressed on the way for one of the 8 nude accents. Nudity was intended as a sculptural formation with reference to the surrounding architecture, ground structures and pedestrian circulation. The "Procession of the Naked" took place in the police-approved part of the old town shortly before 6 p.m. during the ringing of the bells of the nearby town church, followed by performances by Alina Kopytsa, Glynis Ackermann (Maypole), Gerard de Roodt and Selina Lauener in the gallery space of the Alte Krone as part of jolimai.
